Privacy
This policy is being drafted with counsel and is not published yet. What follows is what the product actually does today, so it is not mistaken for the finished document.
A cleanup involves the company's cap table records and the details of the holder leaving it: names, email addresses, grant and vesting records, and the documents produced along the way.
Payment for a cleanup goes directly between the two sides' banks. Countersign records that a transfer matching the reference and amount cleared. It never holds the funds and never takes bank credentials.
Countersign's own fee is taken through Stripe, which handles the card details; they do not reach our servers.
