These terms are being drafted with counsel and are not published yet. Two things that will not change are worth stating now.
Countersign is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. The documents are standard forms your own counsel can review once and reuse, and you are free to bring your own instead. Where a situation needs a lawyer, we say so rather than sell you a cleanup.
Countersign is not a broker and never holds your money. We do not find buyers, and we do not set the price — you use your last 409A or whatever you and the board agree. We record the number; we do not opine on it.
